On Saturday, September 20th, we were guests at the De Biltse Boer Ice Cream and Dairy Farm for an anniversary dinner.

Teshale, the farmer from Biltse Boer, gave a detailed presentation about the farm, and everyone brought delicious food for the buffet: from beet salad to homemade pickled vegetables, savory pies, and homemade bread. It was wonderful to share all that together. The attendees also enjoyed being able to see the cows and calves.
De Biltse Boer treated everyone to ice cream. It was a successful evening, not only because of the unique location, but especially because of the wonderful conversations that took place there, among people of all ages and from all different countries.
