How does it work?
‘Come and eat!’ is there for all Utrechters and (new!) all Nieuwegeiners who would like to get to know other people who live in this city. You can take part on your own, but also as a family or as a group of friends. The main thing is that you enjoy meeting other Utrechters, people you don't know, cooking a nice meal for them, or going to eat with them in their homes.
You can register with Eet Mee! as an ‘eating address’ or as a ‘guest’. You can also do both, of course. You can take part only once, but also as often as you like. Participation is free. If you’re an ‘eating address’ you can get a small contribution towards the cost of the meal through Eet Mee!.
After you have registered, Eet Mee! will get in touch with you and arrange a short meeting to get to know you. Eet Mee! then links, after due consultation, the eating addresses and the guests. The wishes that have been voiced during the introductory interview are taken into account. Was it a success? It doesn't have to stop at one meeting…
